About: As a Pinot Noir-dominant house, our Blanc de Noirs (a white sparkling wine made from black grapes) is perfectly presented as our signature sparkling wine. Tasting Notes: Gilded amber on the eye, with an expressive nose of caramel-drizzled red apples and malted biscuit, a fine mousse of poached plums over cinnamon toast and a sea-salted hazelnut finish.
