The wine shows gentle spice and rose-petal aromas with intense fruit and citrus flavours. This dry young wine shows an intense fruit flavoured core which gives an illusion of sweetness. With time this quality will combine with the innate spicy and citrus tones in the wine to produce an outstanding Eden Valley Riesling with classic toasted honeyed characters.
