This delight is from the Malt Master David Stewart. They select three of Speyside finest malts and allow them to mature in bourbon casks made by their own Coopers. It is the only triple Malt available. On the nose there are delicate floral nots intertwined with a zesty citrus orange and soft fresh fruits reminiscent of oranges peaches and apricots. There are also hints of honey and spicey oak enveloped in a rich vanilla sweetness. On the palate it is beautifully sweet with a rich vanilla flavour. Brown sugar and creamy toffee is balanced with oak nots and a hint of nutmeg. This would work well in cocktails as well as on its own. Glorious whisky indeed.
