Tasting Notes:  A zesty, aromatic infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus fruits and wild foraged, coastal botanicals.  Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, 'the dew of the sea', then distilled and infused with our sinature gin.  The result is a zesy, fresh spirit with a hint of sea air.
