About:  Hand-planted, hand-harvested and hand-made to retain as much of the complex natural flavours as possible.  It takes eight years to grow our blue agave and for mother nature to do all her flavouring in the ground.  There are over 200 varieties of agave but by law only the blue agave can be used in the production of tequila.

Tasting Notes:  Our Plata perectly captures the vibrant flavours of Mexico's majestic blue agave plant.  Herbal aromas give way to bright citrus notes warmed by a hint of peppery spice.  The fresh and savoury flavours balance perfectly with bittersweet Indian tonic water.
