Tasting Notes:  A beautiful golden yellow with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles.  Pleasing on the nose with aromas of white fruits and raisins, later vanilla and brioche take over.  On the palate there is fresh citrus and ripe apple, balanced with a touch of brioche and toast as the flavours lengthen. 

Pinot Noir makes up the majority of this none vintage blend giving fruit and structure.  In line with the style of the Veuve Clicquot House the wine is perfectly balanced and combines elegance and personality.
