The Bollinger House laso makes fine red wine such as the legendary cote aux Enfants in Ay. Since Bollinger Rose was created in 2008 the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots in Verzenay are also used to create the perfect blend. This has a lovely pink colour with fine bubbles.
