About:  Founded in 1731 in Beaune by Michel Bouchard, Bouchard Pere and Fils, is one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, perpetuating tradition for over 280 years and 9 generations.  A hand picked Chardonnay, it spends 12 months in oak barrels, 15% of the barrels are new french oak.

Tasting Notes: This is an outstanding Meursault, the colour is a strong greenish yellow. On the nose, there is lots of creamy peaches and a smooth butteriness.  On the palate this is full bodied, with a rich and creamy texture balanced with fine acidity and a slight minerality, then a long elegant finish.  Not to be missed!
