Bodegas Paco Garcia - Rioja Seis - 750ml
This wine has been harvested manually in our El Paraje del Seis vineyards, a farm from 2007 that is located 510 meters above sea level, with very good ventilation, fresh and close to a stream. Northwest orientation. Sandy loam soil. Extraordinary balance between leaf area and production.
Grape variety: 100% late maturing Tempranillo .
The grape grains are separated from the bunch and placed in a warehouse where they will remain for 48 hours at a temperature between 5 and 10 degrees. We then ferment (transform sugar into alcohol) at a low temperature. Our way of mixing skin, seeds and liquid is through a novel disintegration system in which the "hat" is completely submerged in the liquid. In this way we extract more color and more aromas from the variety in our soil, read, that characteristic touch of blackberries and violets that Paco García Seis has. This wine remains in 225 liter French oak barrels for SIX months with the idea of refining and polishing the fruit and then we bottle it so that it is ready for your enjoyment.
What are you going to find? A delicious wine, simple as well as elegant, suitable for all palates. It has a blackberry, picota cherry color. It is clean and bright. Smells like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and violets. In the mouth it is pleasant, it is fresh, intense, fine and round. It is enjoyed and asks for more. Drink it when you feel like it the most, alone, accompanied, in summer, in winter, with your girlfriend or your boyfriend, standing, sitting, dancing!
