Tasting Notes: This is not manufactured but hand crafted in small batches. This artisanal process allows all of the five sources of Bourbon flavour to be honed to perfection giving it a distinct taste of marzipan, cigar box and almonds with a crisp clean finish. The double barrelled version is transferred to heavily toasted, lightly charred oak barrels before bottling giving this Bourbon a distinctly different flavour to the normal version with the addition of a lot of spice on the palate.
