About: A black gin, the dark colour is due to the botanicals used, these include aronia berry, saffron, pineapple, butterfly pea and sweet potato.
Tasting Notes: On the nose is is fruity, hints of pineapple and lemon coming through plus some lingering spice. The palate is full-bodied, with pepper and hints of mint, the texture is oily. It is aromatic with herbs and tropical fruits at the forefront. On the long finish there are more herbs and cut grass.
