Ksara Blanc de Blancs is a dry white wine from the Beqaa Valley in Lebanon. It is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Semillon grapes, and is aged for two months in French oak barrels. The wine has a pale yellow color with green tints. The nose is fresh and fruity, with notes of citrus, apple, and pear. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a hint of minerality. The wine has a medium body and a long, lingering finish.
