Nose: Fresh cherry juice initially then more floral and leafy nots - sweetpea blackcurrant leaf and faint hints of orange pith. The cherrry character slowly shifts to glace then maraschino & marzipan aromas. Palate: Silky light on the tongue and again fresh cherries are foremost before the more maraschino nots emerge. Very ripe and authentic fruit character with the sweetness an afterthought. Finish: Medium-length and gently sweetening.
