About:  We are proud to call the county of Kent our home. Chapel Down is based in Small Hythe near Tenterden where you will find over 25 acres of vineyards set amongst some beautiful Kentish countryside.  

A great example of a classic English sparkling wine. If you enjoy a non-vintage Champagne, then this award winning sparkling wine for you.  Chapel Down Brut NV is an elegant blend of four classic grape varieties.  Awards include a silver medal, Decanter World Wine Awards 2020, and another silver medal, International Wine Challenge 2020.

Winemaking - Cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by full malolactic fermentation. Maturation on fine lees in tank for six months before bottling, then 18 months further ageing on lees in bottle.

Tasting Notes:  On the nose are red apples, citrus fruits and freshly baked bread.  The palate presents hints of strawberry and quince with a long and well balanced finish.
