This wine is classic old world in style. On the nose there is barnyard bacon fat black plum stone liquorice and a meaty smell! On the palate it is medium bodied with crisp bacon and cranberry sauce with soft dry tannins that wrap the flavour with a herby inflection. Brilliant.
