About:  The rainforest green avocado spirit is a masterpiece of craftsmanship.  Based on a very old Brazilian recipe it combines sun-ripened avocados sourced from Spain on the coast of Granada, keeping the carbon footprint low, with exquisite rum notes, raw sugar and a touch of pineapple and lime.

The Abacaty spirit is stored for six months in freshly emptied white oak rum barrels. The avocado oil is gently extracted from the pulp of the fully ripe organic avocados, then they are mixed together creating a light, fresh, pleasing drink.  Perfect for drinking neat or mixing with an array of spirits and mixers creating a whole new flavour sensation!   

Tasting Notes:  Green, fresh avocado scent with a hint of rum, raw sugar, pineapple and lime.  On the palate it has bright, fruity avocado notes and a long pleasant finish of barrel aged rum, pineapple and lime.
