Tasting Notes: This is a genius blend of Nobel Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. It has a bright and brilliant gold colour.  The nose shows rich honeyed fruit with layers o dried apricots baked apples and sundried Raisins.  There are perfumed aromas which are complimented by a seductive nutty oak spiciness.  The palate is silky smooth with a delicious earthy we river stone minerality which keeps the sweetness delightfully in check.  This is a beautifully wiell integrated wine with layered complexity and a seemless texture.  This is a classic drier wood matured style of Sauternes.
