    Blue Lagoon

    1 shot glass vodka
    1 shot glass Blue Curacao
    4 shots lemonade

    Fill a highballlass with ice. Add the ingredients in order from vodka to the lemonade. Garnish with a cherry & a slice of lemon/lime.

    2 Shots Vodka
    1 Shot Triple Sec
    1 Shot lime Juice
    1 Shot Cranberry Juice
    Ice
    Strip of orange Peel

    Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Dress with strip of orange peel.

    1 shot galliano
    1/2 shot lime juice
    2 shots orange juice
    Top up with ginger beer 

    shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled tall glass. Top up with ginger beer.

    5 parts Orange Juice
    2 parts Vodka
    1 part Galliano

    Pour vodka and orange juice over ice cubes stir then layer the galliano on top

    Hot Buttered Rum

    Ingredients
    1 tsp unsalted butter, softened
    1 tsp maple syrup 
    ½ tsp ground allspice
    50ml/2fl oz golden rum 
    apple juice, warmed, to top up
    cinnamon stick, to garnish
    freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

    Method

    1. Place the butter into a heatproof coffee glass.
    2. Add the maple syrup, allspice and rum.
    3. Top up the glass with warmed apple juice and mix with a spoon until the butter has melted and emulsified in the liquid (like mixing a salad dressing).
    4. Using a lighter or gas hob, lightly warm the cinnamon stick (be careful not to burn it). Add the cinnamon stick as a stirrer and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
